血栓，这个听起来就吓人的疾病，其实离我们非常近！

国内外医学统计资料表明：

脑血栓的致死率几乎占所有疾病的第一位，有人将其称为危害健康的“第一杀手”。血栓是隐蔽杀手，所有人都应具备防栓意识。那么，这么凶险的疾病，有没有什么先兆或者预防方法呢？其实，在血栓发生之前，我们完全可以识破疾病发来的暗号，把突然的疾病遏制在萌芽之中！

血栓发生的暗号

1、哈欠不断

患缺血性脑血栓病者，80% 发病前 5～10 天会出现哈欠连连的症状。

2、血压异常

当收缩压持续升高至 200mmHg或舒张压持续升高至120mmHg 时，是发生脑血栓的前兆；收缩压突然降至 80mmHg 或舒张压降至50mmHg以下时，是形成脑血栓的前兆。

3、高血压病人的鼻出血

这是值得引起注意的一种危险信号。数次大量鼻出血，再加上眼底出血、血尿，这种人可能在半年之内会发生脑血栓。

4、步态异常

步履蹒跚，走路腿无力是偏瘫的先兆症状之一。如果老年人的步态突然变化，并伴肢体麻木无力时，则是发生脑血栓的前兆信号。

5、突然发生眩晕

眩晕是脑血栓的前兆中极为常见的症状，可发生在脑血管病前的任何时段，尤以清晨起床时发生得最多。此外，在疲劳、洗澡后也易发生。特别是高血压患者，若 1～2 天反复出现 5 次以上眩晕，发生脑出血或脑梗死的危险性增加。

6、突然发生以下情况

任何突然发生的剧烈头痛；伴有抽搐发作；近期有头部外伤史；伴有昏迷、嗜睡；头痛的性质、部位、分布等发生了突然的变化；因咳嗽用力而加重的头痛；疼痛剧烈，可在夜间痛醒。如果有上述情况出现，应及早到医院检查治疗。

Six precursor signals of cerebral thrombosis

Dear friends, nice to meet you!Now it is time for “Health talk for three minutes every day”,My name is Duan Jingjing, a doctor of Daojian Doctor Group of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation.Today, I will mainly introduce the six precursor signals of cerebral thrombosis.Thrombosis, a disease that sounds very scary,is actually very close to us.Domestic and foreign medical statistics show thatcerebral thrombosis is the leading cause of death in almost all diseases,someone called it the "number one killer" of endangering health.

Thrombosis is a hidden killer,and everyone should be aware of the importance to prevent thrombosis.So, are there any warning signs or preventive measures for such a dangerous disease?In fact, before the occurrence of thrombosis,we can completely recognize the signal sent by the diseaseand stop the sudden disease in the bud.

The six signals of thrombosis.

First, constant yawning.

Eighty percent of patients with ischemic cerebral thrombosis have symptoms of constant yawning during 5 to10 days before they got sick.

Second, abnormal blood pressure.

When systolic blood pressure continues to rise to 200 mmHgor diastolic blood pressure continues to rise to 120 mmHg,it is the precursor to appear cerebral thrombosis.When systolic blood pressure suddenly drops to 80 mmHgor diastolic blood pressure drops below 50 mmHg,it is the precursor to suffer from cerebral thrombosis.

Third, epistaxis in hypertensive patients.

This is a dangerous signal that deserves attention.Those people with multiple massive epistaxis, fundus hemorrhage and hematuriamay develop cerebral thrombosis within six months.

Fourth, abnormal gait.

Shaky walking and weak legs are premonitory symptoms of hemiplegia.If the gait of the elderly changes suddenly, and accompanied by limb numbness and weakness,it is a precursor signal of cerebral thrombosis.

Fifth, sudden dizziness.

Vertigo is one of the most common symptom of the precursor signals for cerebral thrombosis.It can occur at any time before cerebrovascular disease, especially when you are getting up in the morning.In addition, it is easy to occur during fatigue and after bathing.Especially in patients with hypertension，if vertigo repeatedly occurs more than 5 times within 1 to 2 days,the risk of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction will increase.

Sixth, sudden occurrence of the following conditions.

Any sudden severe headache,accompanied by convulsions,recent history of head trauma,accompanied by coma and lethargy.The nature, position and distribution of headache are changed suddenly,headache aggravated by forcefully cough,severe pain which may wake you up at night.If the above mentioned conditions occur, you should go to the hospital early for a check-up and treatment.
