下肢静脉曲张对很多人来说都是比较陌生的,但是下肢静脉曲张是属于常见的多发疾病,主要是由于生活的不良习惯和饮食引起的,下肢静脉曲张不仅在外形上给患者带来伤害,最主要的会严重影响患者的身体健康,一旦发病给患者带来的痛苦是很大的,不仅会导致下肢肿胀,而且也会变得麻木,严重的还会导致下肢糜烂,因此,对待下肢静脉曲张一定要引起重视,在生活中做好预防工作。那么,下肢静脉曲张的具体预防措施是什么?

①一般情况下,下肢静脉曲张是因为患者长时间久坐,导致了下肢出现血液不流通而引起的,所以要预防下肢静脉曲张的出现,一定要避免长时间站或坐,注意运动,多做一些肢体动作,比如走路、跑步等,这样可以加强血液循环,防止下肢静脉曲张的出现。

②生活中人,有不少人特别喜欢穿紧身裤,会觉得这样可以修饰身材也比较显瘦,但是这样很容易导致血液聚积的情况,之后患上下肢静脉曲张,因此,平时穿裤子一定要穿宽松一点的,以免使血液聚积在腿部,才能预防患上下肢静脉曲张

③在生活中要经常抬高双腿,高于心脏水平,并维持膝盖弯曲,以促进腿部血液循环,保持正常体重,以免因超重使腿部静脉负担增加,注意每晚检查小腿是否有肿胀情况,保持腿部皮肤清洁,避免受伤,如果皮肤比较干燥,应注意涂抹药物,另外晚上睡觉时,可以将腿垫高约15厘米。

下肢静脉曲张的病情发展是比较缓慢的,因此,为了避免下肢静脉曲张的出现,一定要做好以上的预防工作,只要大家能坚持下来,相信静脉曲张绝不会来伤害大家的身体健康。
