在出现心悸、心前区疼痛之前，心脏病可能会让你的“颜值”发生改变。如果你掌握了察颜观色的本领，就能更好地发现心脏疾病的苗头，在关键时刻救自己一命。

1、肠胃出现问题

没有征兆的出现消化不良呕吐，可能是心脏病发作的前兆，如果没有证据表示是食物中毒，应当怀疑是心脏出了状况，因为有时候心力衰竭患者会产生食欲不振的情况。

2、不明原因大量出汗

当你突然间大汗淋漓而没有明确原因时，要高度怀疑是心脏出问题了。心输出量（每分钟一侧心室射出的血液总量）的大量减少和交感神经的过度活跃，会造成心脏病发作的出汗症状。

3、下巴疼痛

典型的心绞痛始自于胸骨后方，患者会感到胸部有压力，这个区域有烧灼、挤压和紧绷感。不适感还会发生在臂部、脖颈、肩膀、上腹部、后背或下巴。因此，不要忽视身体各部位莫名的疼痛。

4、嘴唇发紫

嘴唇发青发紫或唇边呈现青紫色，可能存在血液循环不良导致的心脏病问题，建议出现该症状后及时就医。如果满脸通红，则很可能是二尖瓣狭窄所致。由于全身血压上升及血氧量下降的缘故，患者面部会出现粉紫色斑块。

5、舌下静脉发黑

对于有心脑血管疾病的人来说，舌头或者嘴唇呈现暗紫色或有淤斑，多数是因为血液循环出现障碍导致的，是血管淤血，血液中的含氧量下降导致的。

如果舌头上有淤斑，并且伴有心慌、气短，甚至失眠多梦、心前区刺痛等症状，提示可能有心血管疾病；如果伴有头晕头痛等症状，则提示可能有脑血管疾病。

Heart disease may change your "face value" before you have palpitations, precordial pain, etc.If you have mastered the ability to discern symptoms,you can better detect signs of heart diseaseand save your life at critical moment.

First, gastrointestinal problems.Indigestion and vomiting occurring without warningmay be precursors to a heart attack.If there is no evidence of food poisoning,you should consider that there is something wrong with your heart,because sometimes people with heart failure may have the condition of a loss of appetite.

Second, sweating profusely for unknown reasons.When you're suddenly sweating without specific reason, it's highly suspected that your heart is in trouble.A large decrease in cardiac output (the total amount of blood ejected from one ventricle per minute) and the over activity of sympathetic nervecan cause sweating symptom of heart attacks.

Third, chin pain.Typical angina begins behind the sternum,the patient will feel pressure on the chest and feelings of burning, squeezing and tension in this area.Discomfort can also occur in the arms, neck, shoulders, upper abdomen, back or chin.Therefore, do not ignore the inexplicable pain of the body parts.

Four, purple lips.When lips are blue or skin around the lips are bluish purple, there may be heart problems caused by poor blood circulation,and you are recommended to see a doctor immediately after you suffer from this symptom.If your face is red, it's probably caused by mitral stenosis.Due to the rise of systemic blood pressure and the decrease of blood oxygen, the patient's face will appear pink purple plaques.

Fifth, blackening of sublingual vein.For people with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the tongue or lips appear dark purple or ecchymosis, most of which are caused by blood circulation disorder, blood vessel congestion and the decrease of oxygen content in blood.If there are ecchymosis on the tongue, and accompanied by palpitation, shortness of breath, and even insomnia and dreaminess, precordial area tingling and other symptoms, it indicates that there may be cardiovascular disease.If you are accompanied by symptoms like dizziness and headache,it suggests that there may be cerebrovascular disease.
