很多人被查出冠心病，甚至因突发心肌梗死送至医院后，都声称平时没有任何感觉。但事实上，完全没有感觉只是少数，多数只是症状不典型。如果有以下表现，可就要重视了：

眼皮脂肪瘤

上眼皮下长起了小疙瘩，通常靠鼻侧，有时单侧有时双侧，表面不太平整，触摸时有颗粒感，出现这种黄色脂肪瘤通常伴有高血脂，因为脂肪总是爱往皮下疏松的地方沉积，眼皮就是个好去处。高血脂是冠心病的危险因素，控制好血脂，才能离冠心病远一点。

角膜老年环

一些老年人眼球角膜的边缘部分有一圈灰白色或白色的混浊环，宽约1~2毫米，医学上称为角膜老年环。研究发现：出现老年环的患者几乎都有程度不同的动脉硬化，患有动脉硬化症的老年人绝大多数出现老年环。

耳垂褶皱

冠状动脉硬化患者的耳垂上几乎都有一条皱纹，也叫“折耳征”，在耳垂有皱纹的人当中，60%的都患有冠心病。因为冠状动脉病变会累及全身小动脉，引起微循环障碍，耳垂作为末端部位在缺血缺氧下易产生收缩，导致耳垂皱纹。

喉咙梗阻感

间断出现喉咙梗阻感，与进食无关，但在活动时易发作，感觉有人扼住脖颈，喘不过气来，缓解时与常人无异，要警惕不典型心绞痛可能。

左肩、手臂内侧酸痛

天气明明很好，左肩、左手臂内侧却有阵阵酸痛，不影响肩关节活动。特别左肩、臂至第四、五指放射性的疼痛和不适，需要特别注意。如果疼痛还与劳累、活动量相关，这有可能是冠心病。

什么样的人易得冠心病？

性别：女性在绝经期前很少患严重冠心病，男性是冠心病高发人群；

年龄：冠心病是一种老年退行性改变，随着年龄的增长，动脉粥样硬化会逐步加重；

吸烟：这是早发冠心病较显著的危险因素；

精神压力：长期高负荷的工作、易激动生气是冠心病的危险因素；

“三高”：高脂血症、高血压、高血糖是众所周知的冠心病危险因素。

Many people have been diagnosed with coronary heart disease,and even after being sent to hospital due to sudden myocardial infarction, they claim that they have no feeling at ordinary times.But in fact, only a minority of people have no feelings at all, and most people’s symptoms are just not typical,If you have any of the following symptoms, you should take them seriously.

Eyelid lipoma

There are small bumps under the upper eyelid,which are usually on the nasal side,sometimes on one side and sometimes on both sides，the surface of them is not very flat, and it feels grainy when touched.These yellow lipomas are often accompanied by hyperlipidemia,because fat tends to deposit in loose places under the skin，and eyelids are a good place to go.Hyperlipidemia is the risk factor of coronary heart disease,and controlling blood lipids well will keep us away from coronary heart disease.

Cornea arcus senilis

Some older people have a gray-white or white opacified ring at the edge of the ocular cornea,the width is about 1-2 millimeter, and it is called arcus senilis in medicine.The study found that patients with arcus senilis almost had varying degrees of arteriosclerosis,and most of older people with arteriosclerosis developed arcus senilis.

Earlobe fold

Almost all patients with coronary atherosclerosis have a wrinkle in their earlobes,this wrinkle is also known as "folding ear sign ",and 60% of people with wrinkled earlobes have coronary heart disease.As coronary artery disease will involve the whole body arterioles,and cause microcirculation disturbance, Earlobe, as the terminal site, tends to contract in the case of ischemia and hypoxia,resulting in earlobe wrinkle.

Laryngeal obstruction

A sense of laryngeal obstruction occurs intermittently,and it has nothing to do with eating.But it is easy to attack in the activity,it feels like someone's holding your neck, and you can’t breath,when the symptoms are relieved, they are the same as those of ordinary people. In this case, you need to be ware of atypical angina.

Pain on the inside of the left shoulder and left arm

The weather is very good,but there are bouts of pain on the inside of left shoulder and left arm,which doesn’t affect shoulder joint movement.Especially the radiation pain and discomfort from the left shoulder and arm to the fourth and fifth fingers,this requires your special attention.If the pain is also associated with fatigue and activity, it may be coronary heart disease.

What kind of person is easy to get coronary heart disease?

Sex: women rarely suffer from severe coronary heart disease before menopause, but men are high-risk groups of coronary heart disease.

Age: coronary heart disease is a kind of senile degenerative change,and atherosclerosis will gradually aggravate with the increase of age.

Smoking: this is a significant risk factor for premature coronary heart disease.

Mental stress: long term high-load work and irritable anger are risk factors for coronary heart disease.

"Three highs ": Hyperlipidemia, hypertension and hyperglycemia are well-known risk factors for coronary heart disease.
