一、高油食物:经常食用大鱼大肉或者外卖等高油食物,会导致血液中胆固醇、甘油三脂等含量增高,加速了脑梗的到来。

二、高盐食物:食盐中的氯化钠,在血液中堆积会引发血管平滑肌细胞肿胀血压升高,一旦堵塞脑血管,脑梗就离的不远了。

三、高糖食物:甜点、蛋糕等食物中含有大量的反式脂肪酸,会增加血液的粘稠度,影响血液对脑部的正常供应。

一、 喝酒:酒精进入人体后会刺激血管壁内皮组织,血液中脂质在凸凹不平的血管壁更容易沉淀积聚,形成血栓。

First, high fat diet.
