中美高层战略对话，美国这个老毛病要改一改了

阿拉斯加当地时间3月19日中午，中美高层战略对话正式结束。中美双方共举行了3场会谈。

这不但是美国新政府执政以来的中美首次面对面会晤，同时也是中美元首除夕通话后的首次高层接触。

这是继拜登政府上台后，中美高层官员首次进行双边对话，对眼下日渐诡谲的国际局势而言，中美高层举行“2+2”的外事国安会晤，对两国、对世界都是一大热议焦点。

话题热度不断攀升，在外国生活的外国友人与侨胞也在网上发布了他们的看法，让我们一起来看看吧！

“美国并不代表世界”

面对这个问题，Zhou发表了他自己的看法。他认为美国并不代表世界，它只代表美国政府。

美国本身不代表国际舆论，西方世界也不代表。无论从人口规模还是世界趋势来看，西方世界并不代表全球舆论。因此，我们希望，在谈到普世价值观或美国的国际舆论时，我们希望美方考虑说这些话是否感到放心，因为美国并不代表世界，它只代表美国政府。我认为世界上绝大多数国家都不会承认美国所倡导的普世价值观或美国的意见能够代表国际舆论，这些国家不会承认少数人制定的规则将成为国际秩序的基础。

The most important thing is this sentence.

Yang’s 17 minutes speech has catapulted China into era where all future superpowers meeting will be on equal footing, straight talk and realistic debate. Gone are the days of unequal showing where one side often looks inept compared to the stronger side. Such dialogue is a catalyst for world peae.

I was impressed by the speech delivered by Yang Jiechi, Office of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs, who spoke eloquent and passionately about US-China relations; and his standard of delivery is on par with the former US Secretaries of State as they were eloquent, reasonable, morally and ethnically acceptable from the top nation of the world.

Indeed, this speech has earned China a seat of influence in the international arena on geopolitics and has become a catalyst for world peace.

杨洁篪17分钟的讲话将中国推向了一个时代，在这个时代，所有未来的超级大国都将在平等、直言不讳和现实辩论的基础上开会。表现不平等的日子一去不复返了，一方往往比另一方显得无能。这种对话是世界和平的催化剂。

Yang’s speech could easily fit in the world of the 1950s, as the world emerged from a disastrous world war into a peaceful and prosperous one. The speech is unique and showed leadership. It resonates mutual respect and the commonality of humanity, ie. a great desire to live peacefully, collaboratively and with mutual respect and harmony.

The emphasis is commonality and interdependence of each other rather than differences and conflict.

Despite the lack of support of the Western media on the Chinese speech, the Asian media are more enthusiastic about the speech.

The blunt and direct allegations and counter allegations on both sides means that there is hope for a diplomatic solution if they continue the dialogue. There was no hold back and everything is put on the table with no hidden agenda for both sides. At lease both sides know exactly how the other side is displeased or annoyed.

For the sake of world peace, it is hoped that the two superpowers continue their dialogue regardless of how high the room temperature is. This meeting has shown that both sides has more commonality that they would like to admit.

尽管西方媒体对中国的讲话缺乏支持，但亚洲媒体对中国的讲话热情更高。

双方直截了当的指控和反指控意味着，如果他们继续对话，就有希望通过外交途径解决问题。没有任何阻碍，一切都摆在桌面上，双方都没有隐藏的议程。至少双方都清楚地知道对方是如何不高兴或生气的。

The Chinese officials are so powerful. When the American officials asked the media to leave after badmouthing China, the Chinese officials directly ignored the U.S. reaction and asked the media to stay and record their conversations. The Chinese officials also asked the U.S. officials why they were afraid of the media. US wanted the media to record their own versions, not Chinese version.

Now if we compare the media, US and western media have done many cuts of the videos, but rest of the world has showed the entire meeting.

中国官员是如此强大。当美国官员在诋毁中国后要求媒体离开时，中国官员直接无视美国的反应，要求媒体留下来记录他们的对话。中国官员还问美国官员为什么害怕媒体。美国希望媒体录制自己的版本，而不是中国版本。

现在如果我们比较一下媒体，美国和西方媒体已经对视频做了很多剪辑，但世界其他地方已经展示了整个会议。
