什么是胶原蛋白?
胶原蛋白Collagen是人体中最丰富的蛋白质,约占其蛋白质成分的三分之一。
它是骨骼,皮肤,肌肉,肌腱和韧带的主要组成部分之一。胶原蛋白还存在于许多其他身体部位,包括血管,角膜和牙齿。当胶原蛋白水平达到健康水平时,含有胶原蛋白的细胞将呈现出强劲而年轻的外观。

胶原蛋白有四种主要类型是I,II,III和IV类型(1,2)。

饮食

为什么没有提到猪皮?那是因为好像外国人都不吃,没有纳入研究。为什么没有提到鱼翅、鳗鱼?估计是因为贵,研究的少。
其实,胶原蛋白和各种营养素相关,女人们最重要的是时刻注意饮食均衡和良好的生活习惯,维生素C是生成胶原蛋白不可缺少的成份,所以多吃含维生素C的食物果蔬也是不错的选择哦。想起那句广告语,“多C多漂亮”,还是说的挺对的。当然,手里有些闲钱,买入胶原蛋白补充剂也是不错的,只有青春和美丽是自己的,其他都是浮云!
