本期给大家讲讲挪威峡湾（Norway's fjord），它的slogan有点响亮：《国家地理旅游者杂志》将挪威的峡湾评选为保存完好的世界最佳旅游目的地。

峡湾给人带来的不仅是视觉冲击，更准确地说应是心灵的震撼。挪威的峡湾被国际著名旅游杂志评选为保存完好的世界最佳旅游目的地和世界美景之首，被联合国教科文组织列入《世界遗产名录》。

松恩峡湾（Pine fjord）

是挪威最大的峡湾，也是世界上最长、最深的峡湾，全长达204公里，最深处达1308米。两岸山高谷深，谷底山坡陡峭，垂直上长，直到海拔1500米的峰顶。

哈当厄尔峡湾（Hardangerfjord）

位于挪威西部中心地区。全长179公里，是挪威国内第二长的峡湾，最深处达800米。

盖朗厄尔峡湾（Galenwell Fjord）

位于挪威西南岸的卑尔根北部，是挪威峡湾中最为美丽神秘的一处。峡湾全长16公里，两岸耸立着海拔1500 米以上的群山。盖朗厄尔峡湾以瀑布众多而著称。

吕瑟峡湾（Luzer fjord）

位于挪威南部，全长 42 公里。两岸巨岩兀立，其中海拔600米的断崖布雷凯斯特伦是最值得一看的地方。站在巨岩之上，感觉自己犹如漂浮在空中，能强烈地感受到大自然雄劲的活力。
