Before the onset of myocardial infarction, patients often have a common disease, that is coronary heart disease, and the main cause of coronary heart disease is the stenosis or blockage of blood vessels on the basis of atherosclerosis. Studies have found that arteriosclerosis is closely related to abnormal lipid metabolism, that is to say, the possibility of vascular blockage is positively correlated with poor eating habits. The following kinds of food are easy to damage blood vessels and increase blood lipid content.


Drinks

All kinds of drinks, especially carbonated drinks,contain a lot of additives, and the sugar content is also amazing. It can cause the increase of blood glucose triglyceride level,increase blood viscosity, and easily form thrombosis.

Cake

A variety of pastries containing trans fatty acids.Trans fatty acids can increase the content of low density lipoprotein (LDL), which is a risk factor of arterial oxidation in patients with hypertension.

Fried food
