确实,冠心病的诱发因素,高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症这三高肯定榜上有名。但是日常中还有很多常见,但我们绝对意想不到的诱因,在威胁我们的生命。

第一个诱因:工作压力大

当代社会,每个人身上都背负着巨大的生活压力。尤其是中年群体,一方面,既要承担职场、工作上的社会压力;另一方面又要承担赡养子女、父母的生活压力。

适当的压力能够促使人奋进,但过大的压力,则容易影响人的身体健康。

据一项超60万人参与的数据分析显示,压力过大的群体与没有工作压力的人相比,“压力过大”的群体患冠心病的风险要增加34%,患缺血性脑卒中风险增加24%。

因此,在繁重的社会生活中,也要留给自身一些“喘息”的时间,通过健身、看电影等形式,合理的释放和疏导自身压力。

第二个诱因:作息时间不规律

同样,上行政班(早九晚六)的白领群体与经常上夜班甚至三班倒的群体,患心血管疾病的风险更高。

工作/作息时间不规律,会让冠心病风险增加26%,而且,不规律的生活作息,还会使得心血管疾病死亡事件增加20%。

现在,很多企业都在鼓吹“996”,甚至“007”的工作模式。在无法改变现状的情况下,小影建议大家通过定期锻炼、定期进行心脏精密检查,以此降低患心血管疾病的风险。

第三个诱因:孤独感

根据英国一项48万人参与的调查显示,时常感到孤独的人,患有急性心梗和脑卒中的几率将比正常人增加1.4-1.5倍。

因此,当感到焦虑或者孤独时,适当地与身边亲近的人沟通交流,减轻自身压力。或者通过饲养宠物、当志愿者等行为,排遣孤独感。

第四个诱因:一次性过度运动

适当的运动能够对自身身体及心理带来极大的益处。但要根据自身实际情况,合理地安排运动量。

往往中、低度的运动可以降低心血管疾病的风险,但持续性进行高强度的锻炼,却容易适得其反,引发心梗。

Indeed, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia must be the predisposing factors of coronary heart disease.But there are still many common, but we absolutely unexpected incentives, are threatening our lives.


The first incentive is the high work pressure.

In modern society, everyone is carrying a huge pressure of life.Especially the middle-aged group, on the one hand, they have to bear the social pressure of the workplace and work.On the other hand, they have to bear the life pressure of supporting their children and parents.Appropriate pressure can promote people to work hard, but too much pressure can easily affect people's health.According to a data analysis involving more than 600, 000 people, the risk of coronary heart disease increased by 34% and the risk of ischemic stroke increased by 24% in the over stressed group compared with those without work pressure.Therefore, in the heavy social life, we should also leave ourselves some "breathing" time,and reasonably release and relieve our own pressure through fitness, watching movies and other forms.


The second incentive is irregular work and rest time.

People who often work night shift or eight hours a day in three shifts have a higher risk of cardiovascular disease than white-collar workers who take administrative classes (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).


Irregular work / rest time increases the risk of coronary heart disease by 26%, and irregular work / rest time increases cardiovascular death by 20%.Now, many enterprises are advocating the "996" or even "007" working mode. In the situation that we can't change the status,I suggest that we should take regular exercise and regular cardiac examination to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.


The third incentive is loneliness

A survey of 480, 000 people in Britain shows that people who often feel lonely are 1.4-1.5 times more likely to suffer from acute myocardial infarction and stroke than normal people. Therefore, when you feel anxious or lonely, you can reduce your pressure by communicating with people close to you,or you can relieve loneliness by raising pets or being a volunteer.


The fourth factor is excessive exercise.

Proper exercise can bring great benefits to one's body and mind. But according to the actual situation, we should arrange the amount of exercise reasonably.In general, moderate and low-intensity exercise can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease,but continuous high-intensity exercise can easily lead to myocardial infarction, which is counterproductive.
