糖尿病患者自身血糖、血脂代谢异常，喝酒后酒精需要在肝脏内代谢，脂类、糖类也会在肝脏内代谢，这时会影响糖类、脂类代谢，导致血糖更加不稳定。再加上酒精常常会影响胰岛素的分泌，影响血糖的控制，有些糖尿病患者在喝酒后容易出现低血糖反应，非常危险。

喝酒的6大危害，所有的糖尿病人都要了解：

1.糖尿病人喝酒会导致血糖升高

饮酒会打乱糖友的正常饮食和用药，导致血糖波动和失控，当患者在饮酒的同时吃很多食物，食物的热量，加上酒精本身的热量，就会导致体内摄入总热量过多，从而引起血糖升高。

2.糖尿病人喝酒会造成营养不良
