目前心血管疾病已经成为我国高死亡率、高致残率、高患病率、高医疗风险及高医疗费用的第一大慢性疾病。患者要彻底摆脱疾病,除了治疗疾病本身外,还要进行心脏康复,让患病的身体恢复到患病前的状态,过上正常人的生活。

运动类型:根据以下几点选择:

①、选择您喜欢做的运动;

②、首先每周进行5-7次有氧运动,如步行、游泳、骑自行车或慢跑;然后每周进行2-3做肌肉力量训练,如举哑铃等;

③、至少能连续作10分钟或更长时间的运动达略感用力的程度;

④、一定强度的运动对心脏来说不仅安全,而且有益于心脏功能的恢复;

⑤、能长期坚持。

运动锻炼的三部曲

准备活动:首先数脉搏10秒,5-10分钟的伸展运动和柔软体操,防止关节和肌肉的损伤和逐步增加心率,使心血管系统为运动做好准备。

有氧运动:再次测脉搏10秒,进行15-30分钟的或更多的有氧运动,如步行、慢跑和自行车、游泳等。

放松活动:数脉搏10秒,进行10分钟的伸展运动和柔软体操,让心跳慢慢回复到正常。运动后突然停下来是不安全的。运动结束时再数一次脉搏

4、规律运动可以调节血脂,尤其是降低甘油三酯,升高高密度脂蛋白。

5、规律运动可改善情绪和睡眠,调节血压和心率。

6、规律运动可减少血小板聚集,降低心肌梗死和中风的风险。

At present, cardiovascular disease has become the first chronic disease with high mortality, high disability rate, high morbidity, high medical risk and high medical cost.In order to get rid of the disease completely, patients should not only treat the disease itself, but also carry out cardiac rehabilitation, so that the sick man can return to the state before the disease and live a normal life.

Type of motion. You can choose the right type of exercise according to the following suggestions.

① Choose the sports you like to do.

② First, do aerobic exercise 5-7 times a week, such as walking, swimming, cycling or jogging.

1. Make preparations.
