“网红地打卡”用英语怎么说？不要说成clock-in place啦

而且也越来越多朋友喜欢去“网红地打卡”

但是这个如果英语该怎么说呢？

“打卡”可是有好几种不同的说法

我们来给大家区分一下

check in

报到，记录；到达并登记

check主要意思是指“核实，核对”，在办理酒店入住时就可以说“check in”，这个表达在雅思听力part 1 里出现得很频繁，大家一定要牢记哦~

I'll call the hotel. I'll tell them we'll check in tomorrow.

我会给旅馆打电话，通知他们明天我们将登记入住。

clock in

打卡上班；记录上班时间

clock作名词表示“时钟，计时器”，但作动词可表示“记录，打卡”等，因此clock in通常用来指代上下班的打卡~

I have to clock in by eight.

我必须八点前打卡上班。

punch in/out

上下班打卡

punch作动词表示“以拳猛击”，punch in就形象的表示上下班打卡的动作~

He would get up and get ready for work, eat, and punch in at 6 p.m.

他通常起床、准备上班、吃饭，然后在下午6:00打卡上班。

punch the time clock

上下班打卡

Government workers were made to punch time clocks morning, noon and night.

政府工作人员被要求早晨、中午和晚上要在考勤机上打卡。

daily attendance

每日签到打卡

大家在锻炼或者学英语看书时，是不是经常会记录自己的学习过程，如果每天参与记录，就可以说成daily attendance，也可以表示为旅游景点的日访问量。

The daily attendance at the Aquarium averages 4,000.

水族馆每天参观的人数平均为四千人。

上面介绍的打卡都是指“上班打卡”，不同于“网红打卡”，“网红”在英语里可翻译为：internet celebrity ，social media influencer或者net idol.

A high school student became an Internet celebrity after he got accepted into a prestigious preparatory college in the United States.

一名高中生因被美国一所顶尖预科学院录取而成为网络名人。

“网红地”一般是指在网络上因某个特点引起众人前往拍照留念的街道、商店、餐厅或者景点等，所以可以直接表达为：internet celebrity street，internet-famous site，或者是internet celebrity gathering spot。

英语里没有直接对应“网红地打卡”的词，但我们一般可以解释下这个行为，即：

Take the perfect Wechat Moments snap at an internet-famous site

在某个网红地点拍照，然后发朋友圈记录

我要去一家网红店打卡。

I’m going to an internet-famous shop.
