当阿尔卑斯山遇见四姑娘山 两份文旅合作谅解备忘录签署

9月3日，“中奥友谊徒步道”启动仪式暨山地旅游合作交流活动在都江堰与青城山举行。

On September 3, the Launch Ceremony of the “China-Austria Friendship Hiking Trail” & Mountain Tourism Cooperation Exchange took place at Mount Qingcheng in Dujiangyan.

其间，四川国际传播中心与奥地利国家旅游局签署双边合作备忘录，并会同奥地利蒂罗尔州旅游局、阿坝州文化广播电视和旅游局签署三方谅解备忘录。此次签约，标志着“引客入川”再添务实成果。

During the event, the Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC) signed a bilateral memorandum of understanding with Austria Tourism, and a tripartite memorandum with Tirol Werbung and the Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, marking another tangible achievement for drawing visitors to Sichuan.

今年正值中奥建交55周年，中国对奥地利公民单方面免签政策红利持续释放，直航航线不断拓展，20余对友好省（州）和城市深化交流合作，双向旅游、经贸往来热度持续攀升。四川作为世界重要旅游目的地，本次签约后，将更好依托中奥合作平台，向奥地利及更广泛的欧洲市场展现独特魅力。

This year marks the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Austria, and China’s unilateral visa-free policy for Austrian citizens continues to deliver benefits. With direct air routes steadily expanding, sister provinces (states) and cities have deepened exchanges and cooperation. As a world-renowned tourist destination, Sichuan will leverage the China-Austria cooperation platform to fully showcase its unique charm to Austria and the broader European market.

阿坝与奥地利的合作由来已久。2024年8月，“中奥友谊徒步道”在阿坝州黄龙景区开启，成为该景区首个中外友谊徒步道。作为全国唯一拥有3处世界自然遗产的市州，阿坝坐拥九寨沟、黄龙、四姑娘山等世界级旅游资源，正加快建设具有世界影响力的国际生态文化旅游目的地。

Remarkably, cooperation between Aba Prefecture and Austria has a longstanding history. In August 2024, the “Chinese-Austrian Friendship Trail” was opened at Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area, emerging as the first of its kind in the scenic spot. As China’s sole prefecture-level region with three world natural heritage sites, Aba Prefecture is speeding up efforts to build an internationally influential ecocultural tourism destination.

此次签署的两份备忘录，各有侧重、互为补充。中心一方面与奥地利国家旅游局签署合作备忘录，重在推进中奥旅游市场互推与国际传播品牌建设；另一方面会同奥地利蒂罗尔州旅游局、阿坝州文化广播电视和旅游局签署三方合作备忘录，计划围绕景区资源互推、定制化入境游服务开发、旅游信息互通、市场营销、专业人员交流、联合举办文旅推介会等领域开展深度合作，助力四姑娘山等景区对接国际客源，以内容创新与精准触达为抓手，进一步提升国际传播工作效能。

The two memoranda signed feature respective priorities and complement one another. The SICC signed a bilateral memorandum with Austria Tourism, focusing on mutual tourismmarket promotion and building of an international communication brand. While the tripartite memorandum signed with Tirol Werbung and the Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture envisages in-depth cooperation covering mutual promotion of scenic resources, development of customized inbound tourism services, tourism information sharing, marketing, professional exchanges, and joint organization of cultural tourism promotion events. It aims to assist scenic spots such as Mount Siguniang in tapping into international tourist sources. Anchored by content innovation and precise outreach, the initiative strives to enhance the effectiveness of international communication.

作为合作的重要参与方，奥地利国家旅游局系奥地利官方旅游推广机构，成立逾70年，在全球19个国家设有代表处；蒂罗尔州旅游局系蒂罗尔州官方旅游推广机构，专司该州旅游及休闲产业营销推广。

A key participant in the cooperation, Austria Tourism spans a history of over 70 years and owns representative offices in 19 countries worldwide. Another key participant, Tirol Werbung, is dedicated to marketing and promoting the state’s tourism and leisure industries.

在其中“穿针引线”的，正是两份备忘录的共同签署方——四川国际传播中心。作为写入四川省“十四五”规划的省级国际传播专业机构，中心深耕入境游领域，由其打造的“PandaGuide熊猫指南”入境游传播＋服务平台，通过全球内容种草与“一站式”入境服务连接世界游客，自过境免签政策红利释放以来，已累计吸引超2006批次入境游客，为深化入境游服务积累了有益经验。

The SICC, a signatory to both memoranda, plays a pivotal coordinating role. As a provincial specialized institution for international communication enshrined in Sichuan’s 14th Five-Year Plan, the SICC is deeply engaged in inbound tourism. Its “PandaGuide” platform connects global visitors through international content promotion and onestop inbound services. Since the visa-free transit policy took effect, the platform has attracted over 2,006 batches of inbound tourists, accumulating valuable experience in improving inbound tourism services.

面向未来，四川国际传播中心将携手更多四川景区持续实施巴蜀文旅全球推广计划，为四川文旅高水平对外开放注入创新动力。现场都江堰还与奥地利达成相关合作，青城山再添一条中奥友谊步道。

Looking ahead, the SICC will work with more scenic spots in Sichuan to advance the global promotion program for Bashu culture and tourism, fueling the high-level opening-up of Sichuan’s culture and tourism with innovative drive. At the event, Dujiangyan forged relevant cooperation with Austria, unveiling a new China-Austria Friendship Hiking Trail that now graces Mount Qingcheng.
