收敛自己 Restrain yourself

《警世通言》里说：“势不可使尽，福不可享尽，便宜不可占尽，聪明不可用尽。”

经历越多，越觉得，人活一世似乎谁都逃不过这个定律：一旦走到极端就会生出祸端。

"Cautionary tale" said: "potential can not be used up, happiness can not be enjoyed, cheap can not be taken up, smart can not be used up."

The more you experience, the more you feel that no one can escape this Law: once you go to the extreme, there will be evil.

气球太大会爆，杯子太满会溢，做人太狂会倒，不加以控制的人生，终究会是一场灾难。

走过半生才明白：一个人成熟的标志，不是放纵，而是学会控制。

人生真正的醒悟，从“收敛自己”开始。

If the balloon is too big, the cup will overflow if it is too full, and if you are too crazy, you will fall down. Life without control will eventually be a disaster.

After half a lifetime, I understand that the sign of a person's maturity is not indulgence, but learning to control.

The real awakening of life begins with "convergence".

当你拥有了平和的心境，你就不会被情绪操控；

当你打理好积极的心态，你就不会被黑暗所困；

当你明白了无常，你就不会张扬；

当你懂得了厚道，脚下之路才能走得踏实，一辈子才能活得安心。

愿你在前行路上，守好一份清醒，拥有一份克制，在低调中活出真正的高贵。

When you have a peaceful state of mind, you will not be controlled by emotions;

When you take care of your positive attitude, you won't be trapped by the dark;

When you understand impermanence, you won't publicize it;

When you know kindness, you can walk steadily on the road under your feet and live at ease all your life.

May you keep a sober mind, have a restraint and live a real nobility in a low-key on the way forward.
