环球视角丨国内外教育有哪些不同？

又是一周的开始，在刚过去的周末里，大家是在赶ddl，还是出去尽情玩耍了呢？

看着朋友圈里吐槽作业的朋友们，我陷入了深思，然后就笑出了声音，我心想：原来大家都有那么多作业，那我就放心了，哈哈哈哈~~

说起作业，小k发现当下中小学生的内卷现象越来越严重了，而造成这种现象的主要原因是：中国家长们迫切希望“望子成龙，望女成凤”。

这不，最近，一个#37名家长联名请愿7岁孩子转学#的话题备受关注。

而请愿的原因竟是：家长反对教师多布置作业，导致该家长及其孩子被“孤立”，被“请求”转学。这让我想到一句话：我常常因为不够内卷而无法融入你们！

当然，我们也听到不少中国网友的心声，有表示中国教育内卷会导致“两败俱伤”，还有表示希望教育能探索新的方法的。

有人也认为可以参考国外的教育方式。

那么中国和美国的教育有什么不同呢？来跟小K一起看看外网的uu们是怎么说的吧~

五个全面教育的不同

网友Shulammite Hu从教育目标、课程、学习模式、学校和教育制度五个方面表达了自己的观点。

I think the major differences between education are as follow:

The goal of education. In China the main purpose is to let students learn as much as possible, knowledge is the most important. However in America, they mainly focus on creativity.

我认为教育之间的主要区别如下：

教育的目标。在中国，主要目的是让学生尽可能多地学习，知识是最重要的。然而在美国，他们主要关注的是创造力。

Courses. Chinese schools seldom offer optional courses, while the American one's usually have a lot. Also some subjects are different, for example in China students need to learn politics and the Americans usually need to study religion.

Study patterns. Mostly, Chinese students study things deeper, but study less things, and the American students study more things but they don't dig that deep, but know the basics instead.

课程。中国的学校很少提供选修课，而美国的学校通常有很多。此外，一些科目也是不同的，例如在中国，学生需要学习政治，而美国人通常需要学习宗教。

学习模式。大多数情况下，中国学生研究的东西比较深，但研究的东西比较少，而美国学生研究的东西比较多，但他们没有挖得那么深，而是知道基本的东西。

Schools. Both countries have private schools and public schools, however in America only the rich can go to private schools where has a better environment, while others can only go to public schools where the teachers are less responsible and the students are not that interested in study, so the ordinary people have fewer chance to get a better and higher education.

In China, usually the top schools are public schools where everyone can attend as long as you are good enough, so perhaps it is more equal in this aspect.

学校。两个国家都有私立学校和公立学校，然而在美国，只有富人可以去私立学校，那里有更好的环境，而其他人只能去公立学校，那里的老师不太负责任，学生对学习不感兴趣，所以普通人获得更好和更高教育的机会较少。

在中国，通常顶级学校都是公立学校，只要你足够优秀，每个人都可以去，所以在这方面可能更平等。

Education system. The Chinese have 6 years of elementary school, 3 years in junior high school, 3 years in high school and normally 4 years in university, while in America the number is 5, 3, 4, 4. Also it is said that in China it is hard to get into a university but easy to get out, however America is on the contrary.

教育制度。中国人有6年小学，3年初中，3年高中，通常4年大学，而美国的数字是5、3、4、4。另外，据说在中国，进入大学很困难，但出去却很容易，但美国却恰恰相反。

In conclusion, since China has a really large population and the fairest way to distinguish the outstanding is to see their scores, so in China people concern more about the score, knowledge and those things written in the books but ignored students ability.

Anyway China has carried out a series of reforms in education and it will definitely carry out more in order to catch up with the western world.

Every educational system has its pros and cons, but I can't deny that the American ones is still be considered as the best one in the world.

总之，由于中国人口众多，而区分优秀人才的最公平方式就是看他们的分数，所以在中国，人们更关注分数、知识和那些写在书本上的东西，而忽视了学生的能力。

无论如何，中国已经进行了一系列的教育改革，而且为了追赶西方世界，它肯定会进行更多的改革。

每个教育系统都有其优点和缺点，但我不能否认，美国的教育系统仍然被认为是世界上最好的。

三个大学教育的不同

网友Katherine Neal根据自己在广州大学留学的经验，从美国和中国在课堂形式、评分机制、上课时间安排三个方面的不同来讲述了她的观点。

I am studying abroad this year at Guangzhou University and I have been here since September. So far I have found 3 major differences in education between my classes in the States (Georgia) and China (Guangzhou)：

The Chinese classes seem to be about 99% lecture and 1% presentation. In my University in the USA, there is a lot more discussion and debate in classes.

我今年在广州大学留学，从9月开始就在这里了。到目前为止，我发现我在美国（佐治亚州）和中国（广州）的课程之间有三个主要的教育差异：

中国的课程似乎99%是讲课，1%是演讲。在美国的大学里，课堂上有很多讨论和辩论。

The grading system is different in China as well. Attendance counts as 70% of our grade. Basically if you go to class every time, you will pass. There is one final exam at the end (I believe it was 10%, but I wouldn’t stake my life on it) and the rest was homework.

In the USA it is more scattered and it can depend on the professor. 35% essays, 30% exams, 15% homework, 15% quizzes, and 5%

中国的评分系统也是不同的。考勤占我们成绩的70%。基本上，如果你每次都去上课，你就会通过。最后有一次期末考试（我相信是10%，但我不会把我的生命押在上面），其余的是家庭作业。

在美国，情况比较分散，可能取决于教授的情况。35%的论文，30%的考试，15%的家庭作业，15%的小测验，5%的出勤。

The class times are organized differently (I’m gonna skip grading and hours because it confuses me). In the USA, my classes are generally 55 minutes for 3 times a week and in China the classes can be anywhere from once a week to 4 times a week at 45 minutes with a 5 minute break and then another 45 minutes.

上课时间的安排是不同的（我会跳过分级和时间，因为它让我感到困惑）。在美国，我的课程一般是55分钟，每周3次，而在中国，课程可以是每周一次到每周4次，每次45分钟，休息5分钟，然后再上45分钟。
