2、支架术后3个月

一般来说从植入支架到三个月，患者整体状态稳定，包括服用药物治疗方案，药物相关不良反应和副作用已经更小了，但是如果没有不适症状也应到医院（就近原则，当地医院）复查，复查项目：血常规、便常规+潜血，尿常规，凝血功能、生化（血糖+血脂+肾功能+肌酸激酶）、心电图、心脏超声（心肌梗死患者），初步问诊患者是否再现支架以前的心肌缺血的症状。检查血常规、凝血功能以及生化的目的仍然是看看服用的药物是否对身体产生副作用及血脂水平是否达标，尤其LDL-L水平，询问患者生活方式和饮食习惯是否健康。

3、支架术后6个月

支架植入算起6个月，血管内皮已经完全覆盖支架，血管内膜修复，需要检查血常规、便常规+潜血，尿常规，凝血功能、生化（血糖+血脂+肾功能+肌酸激酶）、心电图、心脏超声（心肌梗死患者），是否需要冠脉CT或造影，主要根据问诊后是否有典型的心肌缺血的症状。

4、支架术后1年

植入支架术后第一年是是否出现再狭窄关键的一年，至少1/3的药物调整或减量，如停用氯吡格雷和一些抗心肌缺血药物，尽可能减少药物种类和剂量。对于心肌梗死患者需要行超声心动图进一步评价心功能并采取相应措施。除了需要检查血常规、便常规+潜血，尿常规，凝血功能、生化（血糖+血脂+肾功能+肌酸激酶）、心电图、心脏超声（心肌梗死患者）等指标，建议复查冠脉CT或冠脉造影。

4. One year after stent implantation
