周末到公园散步看到好多小朋友在学平衡车，还有学滑板的就想到自己小时候玩过的一些游戏跟他们比虽然原始，但快乐是实实在在的也不知道现在的孩子们还会不会玩投沙包、跳房子之类的游戏了

handstand

倒立

“倒立”不能直译为down stand，因为这个动作要用手撑地，所以用handstand来表示。

The clown amused the audience by handstand.

小丑表演倒立，把观众都逗乐了。

对话

A:Can you perform handstand?

你会表演倒立吗?

B:No,I can't.But Bob can.

不，我不会。不过鲍勃会。

表示“倒立”的词还有headstand

另外也可以说stand upside down

hide-and-seek

捉迷藏

“捉迷藏”这个游戏大家一定很熟悉，就是先让一个人蒙上眼睛，然后其他人藏起来，过了规定的时间这个人再睁开眼睛去找其他人。在英语中可以用hide-and-seek来表示，十分形象。

Few children don't like to play hide-and-seek.

几乎没有孩子不爱玩捉迷藏的。

对话

A:In hide-and-seek,I'm usually the one who can be found easily.

玩捉迷藏的时候，我总是那个很容易就会被找到的人。

青梅竹马

“青梅竹马”出自李白的诗句“郎骑竹马来，绕床弄青梅”，比喻天真无邪、两小无猜的感情，常常用来形容从小就认识的朋友，相当于英文中的friend from childhood。

Bob and Mary are close friends from childhood.

鲍勃和玛丽是青梅竹马的一对儿。

对话

A:Do you know Mike and Lily got married yesterday?

你知道迈克和莉莉昨天结婚了吗?

B:Yeah,they're close friends from childhood.

嗯，他们是青梅竹马的一对儿。

“青梅竹马”还可以说成是childhood sweethearts

They were childhood sweethearts, so she believed that they would be happy for their whole lives.

他们是青梅竹马，所以她相信他们会幸福一辈子。

跳绳

The teacher encourages students to take more exercise,such as jumping rope,running and so on.

这位老师鼓励学生们多做运动，比如跳绳、跑步等。

看！孩子们在那边跳绳呢。

B:Yeah,how lovely they are!

是啊，他们多可爱啊！

skip rope也可以表示“跳绳”

Parents are standing there,watching their boy skipping rope.

父母站在那里，看着儿子跳绳。

自由泳

约翰夺得了200米自由泳的冠军。
