112 橘子禅

花点时间在正念中吃橘子。

如果你陷入焦虑和悲伤,而漫不经心地吃橘子,橘子其实并不存在。

但如果你让身心合一,而产生真正的存在,你会发现橘子是一个奇迹。

剥掉橘子皮,闻闻橘子香。

在橘子中看到橘子的花朵,在橘子的花朵中看到流经过的雨水和阳光。

这棵橘子树花了好几个月的时间,才将这个奇迹带给你。

将一瓣橘子放进嘴里,正念地合上嘴,

并用正念来感受橘子中流出来的橘汁,品味它的甜蜜。

你有时间这么做吗?

如果你觉得你没有时间这样来吃橘子,

那么你用这些时间在做什么呢?

你是用你的时间在担心,还是用你的时间在生活?

TAKE THE TIME to eat an orange in mindfulness.

If you eat an orange in forgetfulness caught in your anxiety and sorrow

the orange is not really there.

But if you bring your mind and body together to produce true presence,

you can see that the orange is a miracle.

Peel the orange,Smell the fruit.

See the orange blossoms in the orange,

and the rain and the sun that have gone through the orange blossoms.

The orange tree has taken several months to bring this wonder to you.

Put a section in your mouth,

close your mouth mindfully,

and with mindfulness feel the juice coming out of the orange.

Taste the sweetness. Do you have the time to do so?
