绝了！

X上一老哥把自家电视的亚马逊商品页截了个图，随手丢给克劳德密码，就问了一句：

你能黑这个玩意儿吗？

您猜怎么着？

当天这台电视里的广告、预装的流氓软件、卡得像幻灯片一样的界面全给干了，老哥还顺手把屏保换成了自己公司的实时进账看板。

推文才发布一天多，飙直接到200多万浏览，评论区一堆人照着抄作业，都纷纷去还愿，说自家的智能电视现在“快得像闪电”。

效果堪比：Android TV 与 Apple TV（实际上右边是左边改的）

甚至有网友更近一步，爆改物联网协议，直接让电视实时控制全部智能家电。

「黑客」其实啥也没黑

但说穿了，这老哥在技术上啥也没有「黑」。

无非就是把安卓电视的开发者模式打开，把ADB连上，把那些预装的垃圾软件失效，一个干净的桌面，再把系统动画时间调短点。

既不用root，也不用刷机，六套老掉牙的方法在XDA论坛上都躺了快十年了。

而且这老哥也不是头一个干这事的人，早在8月底，就有一个叫Mert Cobanov的AI工程师Claude给自家那台用了四年的老电视做了套瘦身，弄完比刚买回来那会儿还丝滑，人家就把当时完整的提示词贴在网上了，谁让复制了，改错了随时还能恢复来。

提示词：

I want you to clean up my Android TV over ADB. The goal: get rid of the ad and
recommendation rows, disable the factory apps I never use, and make the TV
faster. Run the commands yourself and explain what you are doing in plain
language as you go.


MY TV
- Make / model: FILL THIS IN            (example: TCL Smart TV Pro)
- TV's IP address: FILL THIS IN         (TV > Settings > Network & internet > Status)
- "Developer options" and "USB debugging / Wireless debugging" are already on.
  My computer and the TV are on the same network.


RULES - follow these exactly
1. DO NOT UNINSTALL ANYTHING. Use only `pm disable-user --user 0`, so every
   change can be undone with `pm enable `. `pm uninstall` is forbidden.
2. Do not suggest or attempt rooting, unlocking the bootloader, or flashing a
   custom ROM. That factory-resets the TV, and if the Widevine certificate
   drops from L1 to L3 Netflix falls back to SD. There is nothing to gain.
3. MEASURE FIRST. Before you start, capture `dumpsys meminfo`,
   `pm list packages -s` and `pm list packages -d` to a file. Repeat the same
   measurements at the end and give me a before/after table.
4. WORK IN SMALL BATCHES. Disable at most 10 packages at a time, then STOP and
   have me test: does the remote's "Inputs / Source" button still work, can I
   switch to HDMI, do Netflix and YouTube still open, do sound and the on-screen
   keyboard still work? Do not move to the next batch until I say it is fine.
5. NEVER DISABLE THE FOLLOWING (these make the TV unusable):
      com.tcl.suspension          -> the Inputs/Source menu on the remote.
                                     The name looks like junk but disabling it
                                     means you can no longer switch to HDMI.
                                     If your TV is a different brand, find that
                                     brand's equivalent "quick panel" package.
      com.tcl.ttvs                -> system updates (Network / USB). The name
                                     suggests a text-to-speech service, but
                                     disabling it makes every option in the
                                     system update menu silently stop working.
      com.tcl.tv, com.tcl.tvinput -> HDMI / antenna input services
      com.google.android.tv.remote.service,
      com.tcl.tcl_bt_rcu_service,
      com.tcl.autopair            -> the remote control
      com.google.android.gms,
      com.google.android.gsf,
      com.android.vending         -> Play Services and the Play Store
      com.android.location.fused  -> disabling it sends the TV into a boot loop
      *.inputmethod.*             -> the on-screen keyboard
      com.google.android.apps.tv.launcherx
                                  -> the home screen. Disabling it before an
                                     alternative launcher is installed leaves
                                     you with a black screen.
   For other brands, find the equivalents of this list. If you are not sure
   what a package does, ask me before disabling it.
6. KEEP A RECORD. Write every package you disable to `disabled.txt` inside
   a `tv-debloat` folder. Keep a `DEBLOAT-LOG.md` in the same folder describing
   what you did, why, and the exact command to undo each change.
7. If something breaks, re-enable the last batch first, then narrow it down one
   package at a time.


DO IT IN THIS ORDER
a) Check whether `adb` is installed and install it if not. Check which
   operating system I am on and pick the right route: on Windows download
   Google's platform-tools package and add it to PATH, on macOS
   `brew install android-platform-tools`, on Linux `apt install adb`. Then
   connect with `adb connect :5555`. The TV will show an "Allow debugging
   from this computer?" dialog, tell me so I can approve it. On Android 11 and
   above, if the TV asks for a pairing code on its "Wireless debugging" screen,
   use `adb pair` first.
b) Take the measurements and list the packages.
c) Sort the packages into three groups and show me a table: (1) definitely junk:
   unused streaming apps, demos, screensavers, voice assistants, setup wizards,
   telemetry; (2) depends on me: ask whether I actually use them; (3) untouchable.
   Get my approval and start with group 1.
d) Halve the animation speeds:
      settings put global window_animation_scale 0.5
      settings put global transition_animation_scale 0.5
      settings put global animator_duration_scale 0.5
e) Clear caches with `pm trim-caches 999G`.
f) Reboot the TV and take the measurements again.


REPLACE THE HOME SCREEN
Google TV's own home screen is full of ads and "recommended for you" rows. I
want to use FLauncher instead (it is on the Play Store, free, open source, and
shows nothing but a grid of my apps).
- First ask me to install FLauncher and confirm that it is installed.
- Have me open FLauncher once and set it as the home screen.
- Only then disable `com.google.android.apps.tv.launcherx`.
- Reboot the TV and confirm the home screen is still FLauncher.


WHEN YOU ARE DONE, GIVE ME
1. The before/after RAM table.
2. The list of packages you disabled, each with a one-line "what this was".
3. A single command that undoes everything.

现在克劳德干的事，就是直接把这破牌子给摘了，手分段领着人进门，临了还顺嘴问一句：

你可反过来想，为什么现在的电视机出厂非得那么多垃圾？

因为卖电视这门生意，硬件压根挣不了钱。

你去翻翻Roku 2025年的账本，宽度为47.4亿美元，里头87%完全是靠广告和救援支撑起来的，光算卖硬件，毛利率是倒贴的-14%，一年下来卖硬件毛亏8200万形象。

它每卖掉一台设备都是在赔本赚吆喝，图啥？图的就是电视搬进客厅以后，沙发上抓着屏幕看的那双眼睛。

这家饭馆白送你一桌饭菜，但人家装了一个屋子窃听器，指望从客人吃饭时的闲聊八卦里把钱挣回来。

另一家大厂Vizio干得更早。

按德州一份起诉书里扒出来的底裤，早在2021年，Vizio靠卖ACR数据挣的利润就已经超过卖电视本身了。

2024年沃尔玛掏出了23亿美元把Vizio买下来，看上的也不是那几块屏幕，纯粹是奔着背后的广告业务去的。

这个叫ACR的玩意儿，说人话就是「自动内容识别」，只要电视开着，它就在后台一刻不停地给屏幕画面生成指纹、往服务器回传。

按逮捕书里的说法，无论是家里的门铃摄像头、手机投屏，还是插根 HDMI 线连上的笔记本电脑，全部都在它的采集清单里。

最损的是，拔掉了网线它还有本地照记不误，只需一网立马备份补传回去。

2025年12月，德州总检察长实在忍不了了，一口气把三星、LG、索尼、海信、TCL全面告上了法庭，三星和LG扛不住了认怂和解，答应以后弹窗通知，再给个关闭的选项。

说白了，买电视的人满心欢喜以为自己是顾客，其实在厂商眼里，看电视的人才是这台电视真正的商品。

「无知税」

这种生意的暴利，全藏在用户「其实做得到」和「压根不知道怎么做」那道缝儿里。

你想想看，打印机墨盒上非要加个芯片、买了一辆散热器还得按月交钱订阅、手机里塞满死活卸载不掉的预装全家桶，全是在这道缝儿里着着收钱，说难听点，这叫“无知税”。

以前的厂商为啥有恃无恐？

因为他们从来不怕个别人折腾，真有动手能力和极客精神的小孩满打满算才几个啊，永远是少数。

但AI动的偏偏就是这个比例。

现在去广告哪还得着研究什么代码，现在一段时间的提示词甩过去就完事了，超过200个人看过那条推文，这个周末在家照着扒电视皮的人肯定少不了。

其他地方也一样，前阵子还有个开发者，硬是让 Claude 给一台只支持 Windows 的 HP 冷门老打印机，凭空写了一个苹果 macOS 能用的驱动。

一旦中间这道缝儿被填平了，厂商初步赚的无知税，以后就彻底收不上来了。

锁只会越来越紧

你也别觉得大厂就这么认罪，往后那把锁肯定越拧越紧。

亚马逊已经有能力了，9月底刚推出的新款电视棒Fire TV Stick 4K，直接换成了自家的Vega OS，把自己装第三方软件的侧载功能彻底砍掉了，卖点居然比上一代快了20%到40%。

本来把那堆垃圾删干净就能变流畅的事情，现在倒好了，得靠换一个用户啥也删不了的系统来解决。

谷歌旁边还有偷偷收口子，新规矩要求，西安安装个验证开发者的应用，得先开开发者模式、重启、再像牢坐一样硬等24小时。

目前唯一不受限制的活口就是通过 ADB 安装，因为谷歌默认只有真正的开发者才会使用 ADB。

结果克劳德代码这一出，直接让谷歌这个默认失效了。

看着你吧，ADB多半就是下一个被收紧的地方——以后新机出厂直接锁死开发者模式，或者逼你绑定账号、搞限时开放；

再往后，ACR干脆直接沉到芯片和基础坚固里，就算把外面的应用全删光了也照样删不掉它。

闹到最后，电视市场很大概率会分为两档：便宜的电视出厂锁死、老老实实带广告；想要干净的电视，另外加钱。

短期看肯定是厂商占上风，毕竟Claude能陪着人开ADB，但它再牛也破不了基础的巩固签名（吗？）。

可以说回来，大厂把锁拧得越紧，「买干净」就如同一门摆在桌面上的正经生意，一台电视真实的价格到底是多少，迟早得被摆在桌面上。

但这里头还有个最耐人寻味的事——这台电视今天能老老实实替主人干活，是因为克劳德今天还在替主人干活。

可这个前提，真的一点都没有牢靠。

你看OpenAI今年1月份就已经宣布在ChatGPT里测试广告了，到了9月，亚马逊的广告平台也正式接进了ChatGPT的广告位。

当时人类还在超级碗投了一组广告，话里话外就是AI里跑步广告了，但克劳德里绝对不会有，气得奥特曼出来公开骂它「明显不诚实」。

这回克劳德帮人干掉电视广告，简直就是给当年那组超级碗广告免费拍了部分续集。

问题是，天价的算力和电费总有人掏钱吧？

等往后特工真的开始替人逛网页、比价格、挑节目的时候，广告商傻了才会去买大厅那块屏幕，人家要买的，是特工在替你做选择时的那一点点偏向。

这就是为什么AI必须掌握在自己手中，为什么必须有本地AI。
