官方声明：李靖抄袭，荣誉被收回

9月13日，辽宁省摄影家协会微信公众号发布一则声明：第八届辽宁摄影金像奖组委会宣布取消李靖第八届辽宁摄影金像奖获奖者资格。

The 8th Liaoning Photography Gold Award, as the highest honor in the province's photographic art field, has revoked its honor from photographer Li Jing after an investigation confirmed plagiarism in his winning entries, according to a statement on Saturday.

声明称，近日，组委会接到关于第八届辽宁摄影金像奖获奖者李靖部分参评作品涉嫌抄袭的举报。组委会高度重视，组织专家鉴定，认定其作品与他人作品高度相似，确定为模仿抄袭，研究决定取消李靖获奖者资格，收回相关荣誉，禁止参加辽宁省摄协举办的评奖和展赛。

According to the statement, the organizing committee recently received reports alleging that some of the submitted works by Li Jing, a winner of the Eighth Liaoning Photography Gold Award, were suspected of plagiarism. The committee organized an expert review, which concluded that his works were highly similar to those of another artist and were determined to be the result of imitation and plagiarism. Upon deliberation, the committee decided to revoke Li Jing's winner title, reclaim the award, and bar him from participating in any future competitions or exhibitions held by the Liaoning Photographers Association.

当时相关视频信息显示，李靖为辽宁省摄影家协会会员，现任辽宁传媒学院美术系系主任。

According to publicly available information, Li is a member of the association and currently serves as director of the Fine Arts Department at Liaoning Communication University.

相关图片显示，李靖的作品《造梦者：冰雪奇缘》与日本知名艺术家田中达也的作品十分相似。

辽宁摄影金像奖是由辽宁省文联、省摄协共同主办的省摄影艺术最高奖。自2004年创办以来，已成功举办七届。第八届辽宁摄影金像奖，经省摄协各团体会员单位、全省性摄影社会组织、省中直系统各单位和省摄协各专业委员会推荐，共有符合条件的40人参评。

本次评选工作严格执行《辽宁省文联关于规范评奖、展赛、推优活动的管理办法》规定，对标中国摄影金像奖评选标准和要求，着力提升辽宁摄影金像奖评奖工作水平和影响。评委对参评者从摄影作品（包括内容和制作）、摄影文稿、个人品行和对摄协工作、摄影事业的影响与贡献四个方面进行现场打分，满分100分，采取去掉最高分和最低分得出平均分数，排名确定获奖者。
