美国男篮在东京奥运会出师不利，他们用最糟糕的方式开始了他们的奥运会之旅，作为梦之队的对手其他国家的男篮永不轻言放弃，他们只想要击败美国队，昨天法国男篮就给美国队上了一课，他们83-76击败了美国男篮。

在最后一场热身赛大胜西班牙之后，美国男篮得到了更高的期待，但是法国队十分顽强，就像此前击败美国的尼日利亚和澳大利亚一样。这对于志在夺得金牌的美国男篮来说是非常糟糕的新闻。
