从9月开始，我每周三都要会在蔚来房屋办公室值班，目的为更好地运营好“刘关张@移动房机构”的同时，能与线下的各位朋友见见面，大家一起谈谈合作！

老关（代号关二哥）由项目合作到现在一起成立刘关张@移动房机构，作为机构的联合创始人之一。从业14年钢构移动屋相关业务，多年下来做了很多移动屋项目，但由于不擅长做宣传及推广，一直低调地帮人做代工。一起创立机构后，我主动拉上他做起了宣传及销售，我对刘关张的前期销售渠道及品牌的建立，第一步是行动方案是：建立景墅建筑及蔚来房屋这2个IP,一个主打工程项目现场施工，一个主打标准化商业移动房！这2个IP第一年的销售任务会控制在2000W以内，前期主要的目标是建立核心IP竞争力，不追利，只追名！

Through the bathroom is the bedroom, located at the rear of the plan. With a minimalist style similar to the front-end living spaces, this private corner features a custom, built-in wardrobe and oak-lined portholes.

On the opposite side of the kitchen is a sun-kissed bathroom with a quadrant shower, countertop sink, and an eco-friendly composting toilet. A 400-liter (105-gallon) water tank under the bow deck provides ample water for the bathroom facilities, as well as all of the home’s appliances.

→发图纸给我们制作产品成本清单

→确定价格并签定订制合同（如有现货的产品，可直接购买便可）

2-收到预付款后确定图纸及材料后我们就会开始制作。

3-成品验收合格后运到现场进行安装。
