夺得首金后，这个“00后”姑娘的手刷屏了！

刚刚过去的周日，杭州第19届亚运会首枚金牌诞生。在赛艇女子轻量级双人双桨决赛中，来自浙江杭州桐庐的邹佳琪和来自广东韶关的邱秀萍夺得冠军。

With a huge lead of nearly 10 seconds, Chinese duo Zou Jiaqi and Qiu Xiuping claimed the first gold of the Hangzhou Asian Games, winning the lightweight women's double sculls title at the Fuyang Water Sports Centre on Sunday.

在家门口拿下这枚宝贵的金牌，是邹佳琪一直以来的心愿。她从小学四年级开始学习划赛艇，常年赤手划桨也让她的手上起满了厚厚的老茧。

近日，她的一张双手布满老茧和血泡的照片，让很多网友心疼。

Meanwhile, a photo of Zou Jiaqi's calloused and blistered hands circulated online, leaving everyone in awe of the incredible effort she invested in her championship win.

出生于2001年的邹佳琪，在小学四年级时被杭州市队教练选中，从此走上赛艇道路。经过两年磨炼，她首次参加正式比赛就在杭州市运动会上取得了金牌。

Born in 2001, Zou Jiaqi was scouted by a Hangzhou City team coach in the fourth grade, kickstarting her rowing journey. Just two years later, she clinched her first gold medal at the Hangzhou City Games.

对邹佳琪来说，比赛中几秒钟的差距就可能让自己与对手拉开差距，为此她付出了很多努力。

由于赛艇项目不允许戴手套，她的双手长时间与桨摩擦。起泡、流血不可避免，久而久之就形成了老茧。邹佳琪说，“有时候手上出了茧子，第二天还没好就要继续练。”

虽然双手疼痛难忍，但作为一名运动员，她选择把手包起来再继续埋头练。

Rowing rules prohibit the use of gloves. Her hands endured prolonged friction against the oars, leading to blisters, bleeding, and ultimately calluses over time. Sometimes, with blistered hands, she had to continue training the next day without them fully healing.

邹佳琪的父亲很心疼女儿。“完全不像个‘00后’小姑娘的手，肯定很心疼”。但他也鼓励女儿，“要坚强，流血流汗不流泪”。

就这样，邹佳琪一路从市队“划”进了浙江省女子轻量级赛艇队，又顺利进入了国家队。

Despite his deep concern for her, her father continued to encourage her to be resilient and strong. In this manner, Zou Jiaqi advanced from the city team to the Zhejiang province women's lightweight rowing team, and she seamlessly transitioned into the national team.

她多次夺得全国比赛的金牌：2020年，以省队选手身份参加全国赛艇锦标赛获得2000米女子轻量级金牌；2021年，参加全国赛艇春季冠军赛摘得女子轻量级2000米金牌。而后还多次获得全国锦标赛冠军。

She has secured multiple national gold medals: in 2020, as part of the provincial team, she won the women's lightweight 2,000 meters at the National Rowing Championships, and in 2021, she clinched the gold in the same category at the National Spring Rowing Championships. Subsequently, she continued to dominate at the national level, winning several more championships.

邹佳琪手上的伤口和老茧也是赛艇运动员的“标配”。在获得杭州亚运会金牌后，她和队友邱秀萍接受记者的采访，展示了手上厚厚的老茧。

邹佳琪说，这是第一次参加亚运会，拿到首金非常激动。比赛现场的加油声很大，“离终点还有500米时就远远听到了”。

邱秀萍说，希望有更多人能关注赛艇项目。“今天比赛取得这个成绩很开心，走下领奖台后我们会从零开始更好地备战明年的巴黎奥运会！”

The duo is now firmly focused on reaching the highest step of the podium at next summer's Paris Olympics.

"As we earned our ticket to the 2024 Olympics, with the help of our coaches, at the world championships, our next goal is claiming the title in Paris," said Qiu.

1999年出生的邱秀萍，初中时就在体育方面崭露头角。2012年，她由南雄市青少年业余体校输送到韶关市业余体校赛艇队，2014年正式成为广东省赛艇队队员，曾获得第十四届全国运动会赛艇女子轻量级双人双桨金牌等众多荣誉。

Born in 1999, Qiu Xiuping excelled in sports during junior high school. In 2012, she transitioned from the Nanxiong City Youth Amateur Sports School to the Shaoguan City Youth Amateur Rowing Team. By 2014, she had become a key member of the Guangdong Provincial Rowing Team, earning multiple honors, including a gold medal in women's lightweight double sculls at the 14th National Games.

让人振奋的是，中国队目前已收获10多枚金牌。你们都是好样的！我们为你们骄傲！
