“围炉煮茶”变“冰茶”，但不要轻易在家尝试……

去年冬天，“围炉煮茶”火爆全网。随着夏天的到来，一些店铺推陈出新将其改造成了“围炉冰茶”（stove iced tea）。

围炉的火换成冰，冷泡茶（cold brew tea）替代煮茶。冰镇绿豆糕、果盘取代红薯、板栗、烤橘子，再利用干冰加水，瞬间雾气氤氲，清凉感十足。

在不少推出“围炉冰茶”的店铺中，顾客可以个性化选择自己的这桌“围炉冰茶”套餐。比如搭配鲜花、水果茶、新鲜水果、奶油、冰淇淋等等。

Customers are given the freedom to personalize their iced tea with a variety of additions such as flowers, fruit teas, fresh fruits, cream, ice-cream and more, making the entire experience more interactive and stimulating.

在湖北武汉，还有商家对其进行了本土化改造。比如，其中一款茶饮是用湖北特产恩施玉露茶打底，搭配上柠檬和青柠。

除了茶饮店，一些创意餐厅也推出了“围炉冰茶”套餐。

充满氛围感的“围炉冰茶”就这样吸引了年轻人纷纷打卡。据《北京青年报》报道，相关话题在抖音的播放量短时间内冲破1500万次。

社交平台上，不少人也晒出打卡照片或者分享家庭版“围炉冰茶”的制作攻略和工具清单。

此外，不少电商卖家也嗅到了商机。据《北京青年报》5月14日报道，“围炉冰茶”工具以502万的搜索指数一度排到了淘宝热搜榜第一位涉及商品近千件。

据央视财经，“围炉冰茶”是煮茶的夏日版，两者有很多共同点，比如新中式的茶文化、动手参与的仪式感以及社交属性等。

一些社交平台上，不少网友是为了拍照打卡而去体验“围炉冰茶”：“出片（photogenic）”、“唯美”、“慢生活”、“新中式风（contemporary Chinese style）”等词汇成为分享笔记和视频中出现的高频词。

作为茶楼文化的延续，“围炉冰茶”也让不少人在快节奏工作中找到慢生活的闲适感。

还有网友认为，“围炉冰茶”是传统茶文化的新表现。有些店家甚至“复刻”了一些经典影视剧和古典名著中曾经被提及的点心和饮茶仪式，更是有网友特意穿汉服打卡。

然而，“围炉冰茶”虽然氛围感十足，但也存在一定的安全隐患。

干冰（dry ice）作为“围炉冰茶”的必备道具，在干冰上倒热水或开水会迅速降温，营造出烟雾。

消防人士提醒：干冰温度大概在-70℃到-80℃之间，如果加入开水，热胀冷缩，极易使玻璃容器发生爆炸。最好用隔网或软布将干冰和玻璃瓶隔开再倒水。一方面防止干冰飞溅，另一方面也防止玻璃瓶热胀冷缩碎裂割伤人。

此外，干冰的拿取或存储不当也危险不小。如果直接用手接触干冰，超过一两秒就有冻伤的危险。取干冰要戴好防冻手套或用夹子抓取。

同时，不要过多购买干冰。用不完的干冰要及时存放在专门的干冰桶里并放置在通风良好处。切不可将干冰放在罐头瓶和矿泉水瓶等密闭容器内或保存在冰箱里。
