外籍孩子在中国需要办理什么证件？

First, analyze thenationality of the baby. If the baby is born in China:

首先分析一下宝宝的国籍问题，如果宝宝在中国出生：

1. One of theparents is Chinese and the other is foreign; The child is of Chinesenationality. In this case, if the child wants to apply for a foreignpassport, he can apply at a foreign consulate in China. When leavingthe country, apply for a one-time pass to the Exit Entry PublicSecurity Bureau.

I.What is a one-time entry and exit pass?

一、什么是一次性出入境通行证？

One time exit andentry permit: As the name implies, it is a temporary exit and entrypermit that can only be used once.

一次性出入境通行证：顾名思义，就是只能一次性使用的临时出入境证件。

The validity periodof the one-time pass is relatively short, only 3 months. You can onlygo out and into the mainland once.

一次性通行证有效期相对较短，只有3个月。只能出、入大陆各一次。

PS: A one-time entryand exit pass that can be used for many times in a few areas ofChina.
