“Look at all the leaves!” said Kyle.

“Red, brown, orange, and yellow.”

“I have an idea,”said Mom.

妈妈说：“我有个主意。”

“Let’s make a leaf man.”

“让我们来做一个树叶人。”

Mom and Kyle raked up the leaves.

妈妈和凯尔把树叶堆起来。

They stuffed them into an old shirt.

他们把树叶装进一件旧衬衣里。

“Look!” said Kyle.

凯尔说：“看啊！”

“His shirt is the color red.”

“他的衬衣是红色的。”

They stuffed leaves into an old pair of pants.

他们把树叶放入一件旧裤子里。

“And his pants are the color brown,”

said Mom.

妈妈说：“而且他的裤子是棕色的。”

Mom picked a pumpkin from the garden.

妈妈从花园里摘了一个南瓜。

Kyle drew a face on it.

凯尔画了一张人脸在上面。

“His pumpkin head is the color orange,” said Kyle.

凯尔说：“他的南瓜头是橘色的。”

Mom put a hat on top.

妈妈把一顶帽子放在上面。

“His hat is the color yellow,”said Mom.

妈妈说：“他的帽子是黄色的。”

“Good!” said Kyle.

凯尔说：“好棒！”

‘Our leaf man has all the fall colors!’
