你不是后备计划。你比别人的第二选择更有价值。你不能强迫自己停止关心别人，但你可以告诉自己，你值得更好的。提高你的标准，选择那些像你对待他们一样尊重你的人。

You aren't backup plan. You're worth more than someone's second choice. You can't force yourself to stop caring for someone but you can tell yourself that you deserve better. Raise your standards & choose to be with someone who'll treat you with same respect as you'd treat them.

不要屈服于他人的欺凌或取笑他人。为自己站出来。为你的朋友挺身而出。做一个真正善良的人。

Don't give in to bullying or others making fun of people. Stand up for yourself. Stand up for your friends. Be that one person who is genuinely good-hearted.

我一生中犯过很多错误，但我觉得对于一个想要成长和发展的人来说，这很正常。你将不得不克服许多障碍，这是正常的，你会偶尔跌倒。

I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, but I think that's normal for someone who wants to grow and develop. You will have to overcome plenty of obstacles, and it is normal that you should stumble sometimes.
